<\/strong>I was very inspired by everybody I met and loved how open the conversation was
\nHear about topics outside \u2018the day job\u2019
\nOpportunity to meet a really diverse group of women \u2013 roles, backgrounds, interests, companies etc.
\nTime available for networking, especially over dinner and after dinner drinks
\nConnecting to wonderful powerful leaders, women
\nThe opportunity to gain insights from professionals across the industry
\nEncouragement for women to raise skills and exchange experiences in order to grow personally and professionally
\nI am glad that there is initiative in insurance industry to transform current status and make a difference for clients

\nConversations and presentations discussing premium pooling vs individual pricing \u2013 very important for insurers to think about especially re protection of vulnerable customers\/customer with a history of claims
